2019 NEW HORIZONS

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Building Bridges: Equity, Access & Opportunity

New Horizons is the premier teaching and learning conference of Virginia’s Community Colleges. Colleagues from across the state consisting of educators, administrators and staff will gather for three days to share best practices, instructional ideas and insights, teaching innovations and opportunities, technological advancements and more.

With this year’s theme we are particularly seeking proposals that offer constructive ways to help bridge obstacles to student success. Share your insights, ideas and best practices with your colleagues, and help us create connections that lead to equitable access and outcomes for all, from first contact to completion.

We need our pioneers and our trailblazers, our full-timers and our adjuncts, our staff, and our academic and administrative leaders.

>> CLOSING DATE: OCTOBER 19, 5:00 PM <<
