This workshop teaches how to increase interpersonal skills using the very powerful Color Code theory to improve all levels of relationships: within the classroom, the work environment, or in your own life. Participants will examine their own code based on taking the Color Code assessment and then will learn how to implement this knowledge to increase work environment success. All participants are required to take a specific version of the Color Code assessment by March 26th. This assessment will be provided to attendees upon registration and the information will be utilized during the workshop.
